I love this place. I have been coming for years and will come again again. They are friendly and know what they are doing. My only criticism will be they should make sure environment clients sitting clean dust free area. And make them feel that towels are clean. When I sit there and see clutter and dust on them it just does not send good vibes. I hope it can get reviewed and I can keep enjoying my local place.

This is by far the best Nail Salon in Ottawa. The quality of work is amazing. The salon is friendly, clean, modern and always accommodating for last minute appointments. I know customers who drive from out of town because they are such loyal customers and will not go anywhere else. Emily and her staff… especially Kim are wonderful.
